The repair time is a calculated by the hours estimated to repair the damage. When you receive the estimate, we will give you a time in days for the repair. If concealed damage is observed once the repair process begins, we will give you an adjusted date to allow those additional repairs to be completed.
We will notify you either by telephone, e-mail or text (your preference) about midway through the repair process and a day or two prior to our estimated completion. Of course some repairs are only a day or two and we will notify you the day it is ready for pick up.
